Newfields Summer Nights: Selena

The National Bank of Indianapolis Summer Nights Film Series is back at Newfields this summer, and this year the beloved tradition celebrates 50 years of flicks and fun. Grab family and friends, pack a blanket or a few chairs, and settle in for movies under the stars. The 2026 lineup stretches across decades, mixing timeless classics, recent hits and short films. Concessions and drinks are available on site, but guests are welcome to bring their own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages. Sunscreen and bug spray are a good idea too.

Selena

This Summer Nights screening follows Selena Quintanilla-Perez as she pursues her dreams and, with guidance from her musician father, rises in the Tejano music scene before her untimely death. Before the film, guests can enjoy a musical performance.
