2023 Summer Camp Fair

New Location: The 34th Annual Summer Camp will be held at the Indianapolis Art Center on Saturday, February 25 from 11 am – 2 pm. Since our Virtual Camp Fair continues to be a valued resource for parents, we have decided to continue the online version of the fair, along with the live event.

In-Person Camp Fair + Virtual Camp Fair: $495

Every camp who participates in our in-person Camp Fair will receive a Virtual Camp Fair page for free. Each booth will come with 1 (6-foot) table, 2 chairs, and a tablecloth. 

Virtual Camp Fair Page Only: $395

The Virtual Camp Fair will be heavily promoted both in print and online from Feb. 1-June 30, 2023. With the use of facebook and google ads we are able to guarantee a minimum of 1,000,000 impressions from our target audience. We will run 1/2 page ads in our March and April print issues to promote the Virtual Camp Fair.

Marketing Plan:

• 1/2 page “Save the Date” ad in January
• Full Page ads in February & March issues PLUS a “Thank You” ad in the April issue
• Ads on weekly eNewsletter (Mondays & Wednesdays)
• Leaderboard ad on IndysChild.com

Print Advertising & Directory Listings

From February to June, Indy’s Child Magazine will run a camp themed featured article along with our Summer Camp Directory.  Print Ad: $395-$1,965 Directory Listing: $125/month or $100/month for all 5.

Multi-Advertiser eBlast

Every year, our Multi-Advertiser eBlasts & Article is one of the most popular opportunities we offer. The eBlasts will go out to 20,000 subscribers on February 21, March 21 and April 18. The online article will be updated and posted on Facebook each month as well. The online article reaches around 5,000 organic views each month from readers googling a phrase like “Indianapolis summer camps”. eBlast Example | Article Example  Single eBlast: $145 All 3 eBlasts: $395
