What makes Mathnasium unique?
Mathnasium’s summer math program gives kids what they need to catch up, keep up, or get a jump on the math they’ll be facing in the fall, with some fun summer math tutoring activities built-in. Mathnasium memberships offer multiple sessions each week that work around your busy schedule. We make fun and rewarding, and we make math make sense.
What activities are offered at Mathnasium?
Students interact with Instructors and peers with math activities at their level. Each student’s learning plan is completely individualized to their level to ensure we’re building on solid foundations. Students enrolled in summer school courses may also get homework help.
What is the camper-to-counselor ratio?
3-4 students per Instructor.




How much time do the campers spend outside?
No outdoor activities or instruction. No rain gear. No sunscreen. Stay cool and dry inside with us!
What is the typical daily schedule for campers?
Students can attend 2-3 sessions per week (10-12 sessions per month on average) for an hour each. During each session, our Instructors will help students progress in their individualized learning plan.




How old are the instructors and how are they trained?
Instructors hard work year-round at Mathnasium. They include students who are math experts as well as teachers and professionals. All Instructors complete the same Mathnasium comprehensive training program.

Each student creates a learning plan that is tailored to their level. Identifying where that solid, strong foundation lies with each student creates a starting point that can produce results to boost confidence and lift students up to, into, and even beyond grade level.
