Heritage Christian offers rolling admissions. We are always accepting new applications as long as there are seats available. We understand that many families are in the difficult position of weighing the potential life-changing value of providing a Christian education at Heritage Christian School for their child, with the affordability of tuition within their budget. What are the standard school day hours? \tElementary School (Preschool - Grade 4): 8:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. \tIntermediate - High School (Grades 5-12): 8:00 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. Our business office is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the school year and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the summer. Does Heritage Christian offer before\/after school care? Does Heritage Christian offer afterschool activities? We currently offer morning care for our students beginning at 7:00 AM. We also offer an after-school care option called Eagle Care. Eagle Care is an extended care program for students in preschool \u2013 8th grade who need consistent after-school care on specific days of the week. Our athletics teams practice after school and we have a variety of student activities that meet after school as well. Is there a uniform or dress code? At Heritage, we desire that students have a standard of dress that is modest and neat. Parents\/guardians, as the primary educators of their children, play a key role in this area of standard of dress. It is important for parents\/guardians to guide and supervise their children in the selection of appropriate clothing. Approximately 1,450 students are enrolled at Heritage Christian School in preschool through grade 12. Our average student-to-teacher ratio is 12:1! Our Educational Support Services program acknowledges learning differences and provides a variety of programs, intervention strategies, and teaching methods to meet the learning needs and challenges of exceptional children. It is the desire of the Safety and Security Department at Heritage to stand ready to defend and protect the HCS family and serve all who depend on us to be prepared in any situation. Our security department includes over 35 years of military training and experience. We make it a priority to hire veterans and former officers as a part of our internal security team.
