After a nature-themed story, children explore activity stations at their own pace at the Eagle Creek Park Earth Discovery Center. Stations change each time and may include puppets, coloring pages, art, games, active play, animal visits and activities tied to the day’s topic.
The program is best for preschool and kindergarten children, and early elementary students are welcome. It is free with the park entrance fee. Adults must stay for the whole program, with at least one adult for every four children, and it is not meant for school or daycare groups. Depending on the weather and topic, it meets at the shelter behind the Go Ape cabin or inside the Earth Discovery Center.
