Hidden gem? More like hidden in plain sight. The Public Collection – in partnership with Indianapolis Public Library – has nine mini libraries stationed around the city. They’re creative, artistic and unique-looking thanks to the artists who designed them. And they’re packed full of books passersby can take home. More info here.
