xZOOberance Spring Festival | Indianapolis Zoo | Included with Admission
xZOOberance brings vibrant blooms, animals, and hands-on spring fun to the Zoo. Families can meet chickens and goats, get creative face painting, move to the beat with a live DJ, try karaoke, join animal-inspired yoga, and explore life-size animal topiaries and fun photo spots.

Easter Express | Nickel Plate Express, Noblesville
The Easter Express brings families on a 65-minute, round-trip train ride through Hamilton County’s northern countryside. Riders follow a springtime story about a farmer who misplaced eggs and enjoy a snack during the ride. Each ticket includes the train ride, a story, a signature drink, and a sweet treat. Children 2 and under ride free as lap children in standard seating.

Garden gnomes have gathered at Garfield Park Conservatory for a whimsical spring break display. This year’s theme is “The Beat Goes Gnome,” featuring the gnomes’ take on popular music genres. Families can explore the conservatory and try to spot all the hidden gnomes. Note the Conservatory is closed on Mondays.

Pinewood Derby | Indiana State Museum | Included with Admission
Pinewood Derby Fun Runs return to the Indiana State Museum, giving racers a chance to send cars down a two-story, 125-foot track. Alumni racers can bring their own cars, and new racers can fine-tune a build or borrow a car from the museum. Race Day and Best in Show Contest takes place Saturday, March 28.

Easter Eggstravaganza at the North Indy campus offers a morning of family activities including inflatables, an Easter Bunny photo booth, storytelling, crafts, and an egg hunt designed for all ages and needs.

Party With My Peeps 2026 | FREE | Noblesville First United Methodist | 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
Families are invited to a morning of Easter fun featuring an age-group Easter egg hunt, inflatables, face painting, and a chance to take a photo with the Easter Bunny. Bring an Easter basket. Hunt times: Birth–PreK at 10:15 a.m., K–2nd grade at 10:30 a.m., 3rd–5th grade at 10:45 a.m.

Nerf Blaster Battle at Ellenberger Park | Ellenberger Park | 2:30–4 p.m. | $3/person
Ellenberger Park’s 2nd Annual BYOB Nerf Battle brings families indoors for an obstacle-filled Nerf showdown on the rink. Bring your own blaster and foam darts, and label all personal items. The rink is not temperature controlled, so dress accordingly. Music and limited refreshments will be available.

Adjustments include reduced music and sound levels, lights remaining on during the Dolphin presentation, no voice amplifiers during animal chats, quiet rooms, sensory stations, a carousel without lights and sound, and sensory bags available for checkout.
