Team USA Olympic Winter Games Night on Ice

Comcast is teaming up with Fishers Parks & Recreation Department and the Fuel Tank at Fishers to present Team USA Olympic Winter Games Night on Ice, Tuesday, February 13 from 5 – 10 p.m at the Fuel Tank (9022 E. 126th St, Fishers).

The FREE Winter Olympic-themed event will provide Central Indiana residents and families with the chance to watch live demonstrations and learn more about how to get involved in local ice sports, including: Lil Nitro youth hockey; Fishers Figure Skating & Winter Club; Circle City Curling Club; Indy Twisters special needs hockey; and IndySpeed Sports Club. A free public skate will also be held from 7:30 – 10:00 p.m. on a first come first serve basis. Participants are invited to enjoy free food and Olympic-themed face painting as part of the festivities as well as a meet-and-greet with members of the Indy Fuel minor league ice hockey team including Nitro, the team mascot.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Demonstrations by local ice sports teams including youth and special needs hockey, speed skating, figure skating and curling
  • Free public skate (first come first serve basis and skates provided by Fuel Tank)

5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Lil’Nitro Hockey games
7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – FREE public skate
Tank 2:
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Indy Twisters (Hockey for individuals with special needs)
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. IndySpeed (Speed skating)
7:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. Fishers Figure Skating & Winter Club
8:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Circle City Curling Club
