Nights of Lights Drive-Thru Christmas Lights at Mounds State Park

The Friends of Mounds State Park are hosting their second annual drive-thru Christmas light display throughout the park’s campgrounds.

The campground at Mounds State Park has been transformed for the holiday season! Local Madison County citizens, organizations, and businesses decorate campsites with festive Christmas light displays. Together they have turned the campground into a magical wonderland where you can take a drive-through tour with family and friends.

Dates: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; November 30 – December 29, 2024
Hours: 6-9 pm
Cost: $10/car


Visitors to Nights of Lights can enjoy 60 unique Christmas light displays from the comfort of their cars. Santa, Mrs. Claus, and an elf will arrive at Mounds State Park on Dec. 16 and 17 to greet guests. Guests can ask to have their picture taken with Santa by pulling aside his car.
