Family New Year’s Eve: Sparkle & Shine
Where: Indiana State Museum | 650 West Washington St., Indianapolis
When: December 31, 6 pm-9 pm
Ring in the New Year and welcome 2023 with glittering tattoos, music, a dance party, and more! Explore all three levels of the Indiana State Museum and visit activity stations in the galleries, pose at one of the photo ops, get your face painted, ride the Snowfall Express, and so much more. End the night with a balloon drop and countdown celebration at 8 p.m. This is an alcohol-free event.
Countdown to Noon at the Children’s Museum

When: December 31, 10 am – 1:30 pm
Five, four, three, two…NOON! Celebrate the final day of 2022 with activities, live music, and countdowns at noon and 1 p.m., giving families the excitement of welcoming the new year at a reasonable hour for the youngsters!

ComedySportz New Year’s Eve at the Athenaeum
Where: Athenaeum Indy, 401 E Michigan Street, Indianapolis
When: December 31, 4:30 pm, 7 pm, and 10:30 pm
The players at ComedySportz Indianapolis are traveling down Mass Ave to ring in 2023. Professional improvisers will present two full-length, competitive ComedySportz matches for all ages at The Basille Theatre housed in the Historic Athenaeum. Each performance is 90 minutes, including party favors, a countdown to midnight (somewhere), and a sparkling grape juice toast. Both matches are appropriate for all ages and fun for everyone.
Noon Year’s Eve at Perry Crossing
Where: The Shops at Perry Crossing | 2499 Perry Crossing Way, Plainfield
When: 10:30 am-12:30 pm
Ring in the new year early with your little ones. Enter with style onto our red carpet for a fun photo opp. Indulge in sweet treats and play games until 11 AM for a spectacular magic show! Then countdown to Noon Year’s Eve with a massive balloon drop happening at noon. End the party by showing off your best moves on the dance floor from 12 PM-12:30 PM.
Hoosier Warriors Gym New Year’s Lock-In (Kids Only)
Where: Hoosier Warriors Gym | 8131 Kingston Street, Suite 500 Avon, IN 46123
When: December 31, 2022, at 9:30 PM – January 1, 2023, at 9 AM
THE NIGHT WILL BE PACKED WITH FUN AND ACTIVITIES!! We will play games, set up several Warrior obstacle courses to run, and have a movie, snacks, and a lite breakfast in the morning. Check-in begins at 9:15 pm. Doors close, the Warriors are LOCKED IN, and activities begin at 9:30 pm! Participants must be between 5-15 years old.
