THE NIGHT WILL BE PACKED WITH FUN AND ACTIVITIES!! We will play games, set up several Warrior obstacle courses to run, and have a movie, snacks, and a lite breakfast in the morning. Check-in begins at 9:15 pm. Doors close, the Warriors are LOCKED IN, and activities begin at 9:30 pm! Participants must be between 5-15 years old.
9:30-10:30: Warrior Open Gym (obstacle courses, games)
10:30-10:45: Break with a small snack
10:45-11:40: Warrior Open Gym, set up forts
11:40-11:55: Get ready for midnight celebration, movie and lights out.
11:55-12:15: New Year’s Celebration with Welch’s sparkling cider, grape juice and finger foods.
12:15: Lights out, devices off (except the movie), and rest
0730: WAKE UP, pack up, clean up
07:45-08:00: Lite breakfast (fruit, granola bars, juice)
08:00-09:00: Warrior Open Gym, doors unlocked
09:00: LOCKED OUT! Make sure you pick up by 09:00

* Participant does NOT have to be a Hoosier Warrior Gym member, but must sign a Waiver of Liability to attend.
*Bring a sleeping bag or blanket, pillow and water bottle.
*REGISTER IN ADVANCE! No walk up registrations.
*Limited to 15 participants at this time.
