What makes Kids Explore Robotics unique?
Kids engage in hands-on learning, creative problem-solving and teamwork, all while having an absolute blast.
They learn the behind-the-scenes of robotics and coding. They build a robot that plays the drum incrementally and learn how the code works for each incremental phase. They also learn to make changes to the code to make the robot do different things. They learn core engineering concepts of Designing, Building, and Programming.

What is the typical daily schedule for campers?
We have two options:
1. Half-day camp: Morning Session, 9AM-12PM Monday-Thursday & Afternoon Session, 1PM-4PM Monday-Thursday
2. Full Day Camp: 9AM-4PM Monday-Thursday (Lunch break 12PM-1PM)
How old are the counselors and how are they trained?
Most counselors are certified school teachers and college students trained in running our Robotics and Coding Summer Camps. They go through rigorous training to prepare them to run the camps effectively. They are provided with all the printed materials and video materials to aid them during the camp. They will follow a structured camp curriculum established by the camp director.
What accommodations are made for campers with special needs?
That will vary depending upon the specific needs. Please email us and help us understand your specific needs. We will do our best to accommodate.
What age is this camp for?
Typically kids 9 years and older. We will do our best to group kids in similar age groups.
