White River State Park will celebrate the holidays with a special outdoor lighting display. Visitors can view the lighting display along the Canal, the Old Washington St. Bridge, and outside of the White River State Park Visitor Center from sunset to 11 PM.

“During the holidays downtown Indianapolis offers many wonderful opportunities for families to celebrate the season,” said Marketing and Event Coordinator Meghan Ziegler. “Our Christmas lights and the IMAX Polar Express are the perfect combination for families and create the perfect holiday tradition for all ages,” she added.
Convenient and accessible parking is available in White River State Park underground parking garage. Visitors visiting the Park should visit the garage between the Eiteljorg Museum and Indiana State Museum on Washington Street, just west of West Street.
