The Town of Avon opens Avon Town Hall for a quiet, sensory-aware morning of trick-or-treating. Town departments hand out treats at tables inside, with very low music, bright rooms and some staff in costume.
It is aimed at toddlers and young children and at people of any age with sensory needs, cognitive disabilities or medical conditions who may not be able to go out in the evening. No registration is needed.
