Sensory Friendly Afternoon

Experience a sensory-friendly environment for families with autistic children and adults, or individuals with other sensory or developmental needs.

Visit the Indiana State Museum, in partnership with the Autism Society, for an experience especially tailored towards individuals with sensory processing needs. Enjoy an interactive learning experience in a comfortable and accepting environment. Social narratives will be available at the ticket counter and sensory based activities will be spaced throughout the museum. Check out a Sensory Bag to make your experience even more enjoyable.

The Autism Society of Indiana will be present to assist families as needed.
