Participants at Ellenberger Park fill and decorate Hot Cocoa Jingle Jars with instant cocoa mix and toppings, finished with a peppermint spoon, while enjoying festive music and a warm cup of cocoa. The jars make a holiday gift or a treat for later.
The cost is $5 for ages 5 and older, and registration is required. The rink is open for play while crafts dry, so participants should dress warmly.
