Experience JOY! The Festival of Trees at the Indiana Historical Society is back – a tradition that continues to delight families across Indiana with holiday cheer! Soak in the warmth of our festive celebration while experiencing magical moments of joy with your friends and family.
This year’s extravaganza will feature a winter wonderland of 75 elaborately decorated trees representing individuals, families and organizations from around Indiana. Each guest will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite tree. Visitors can also take part in scavenger hunts for The Elf on the Shelf throughout the building — watch IHS’s social media channels for hints on its locations!

Sunday – 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday – Closed
Tuesday* through Saturday – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*on Tuesdays from November 29 through December 20, the History Center will close at 8 p.m.
