Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and their Sesame Street friends are headed to Indianapolis. Elmo’s Got the Moves, the all-new Sesame Street Live production from Round Room Live, plays the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026, at 2 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster.
This is not a sit-still kind of show. Elmo’s Got the Moves has kids and parents alike out of their seats, moving and grooving along with Elmo and his Sesame Street friends to fan-favorite songs including “Sunny Days,” “Elmo’s Got the Moves” and “Letter of the Day.” Families discover fun and playful ways to move, from yoga and jumping rope to cartwheeling and silly dance moves, all in a welcoming environment that brings the magic of Sesame Street from the screen to the stage.

A Show Made for Moving
Round Room Live describes Elmo’s Got the Moves as more than just a show: a shared moment of laughter and learning that families will treasure long after the final song. The brand-new live tour brings the joy, music and characters kids know and love off the screen and onto the stage in an interactive celebration, and Indianapolis is one of the cities added as the tour expands this fall.
“We’re excited to expand Elmo’s Got the Moves to additional cities this fall and continue bringing this experience to families across North America,” said Stephen Shaw, founder and co-CEO of Round Room Live. “The show blends music, movement, and storytelling in a way that reflects everything audiences love about Sesame Street, and we’re proud to deliver a live experience that resonates with both kids and parents.”
What to Expect
The show runs about 60 minutes, plus a 20-minute intermission, and audience participation is part of the fun. Kids are encouraged to sing, dance and stretch along from their seats. The performance is open to all ages and designed for the whole family, with preschoolers squarely in mind. Doors open at 1 p.m.
