Dull’s Tree Farm

Just outside Lebanon, Dull’s Tree Farm has been offering adventure for many years. From pumpkin picking to a holiday festival, Dull’s is prepared to offer precut trees for purchase, large, homemade wreaths for the front door and a visit with Santa on certain weekends. You can also put on your boots, stomp through the snow, and cut down the perfect tree (Scotch Pine, White Pine and Canaan Fir) for your home.
All Christmas trees will be discounted 10% after Dec. 1.

Piney Acres is a family-owned and operated 73-acre farm in central Indiana offering 10 different pine varieties. Grab a guide map from the farm store, a saw from the barn, hop on a hayride and head out to the zone of your choice to find your perfect Christmas tree. After you are finished, a hay wagon will bring both you and your tree back to the cozy barn and farm store. Also onsite: pre-cut trees, hot cocoa, visits with Santa and more.

If you can’t wait until Nov. 20th to pick out your tree, you can visit Piney Acres now and pick out your tree for a $30 deposit. You will then tag the tree you want, and come back for it when it is ready.

Watts Christmas Tree Farm

Maybe you’re not committed 100% to the tree-chopping experience. No problem! Watts Christmas Tree Farm brings its trees to Traders Point Creamery, where you get a very unique tree experience. David Watts brings his trees in from farms in North Carolina and Michigan, visitors can select their tree, then visit with the animals on the Traders Point Creamery farm, dine at the restaurant, take a hike around the farm, and more. The annual Christmas on the Farm event will be 4-9 p.m. on Dec. 5. Register to attend.
Sambol’s Tree Farm

Dates/Hours: Opening day is Nov. 26, 2021. Appointments will be required for opening day. Appointments can be booked beginning Nov. 12.

Sambol’s Tree Farm is a full-service Christmas tree farm offering both “Choose and Cut” trees growing in our field and Pre-Cut trees.
The full-service experience means no need to bring anything with you! They supply hand saws, sleds, and kneeling pads. Their crew will drill, shake, net your tree AND will tie it onto your car! All of this is included in the price.
An appointment is required on opening day to spread out the number of people on the farm at any one time. This will allow them to provide the best customer experience. The appointment scheduler will be active on their website at 9:00 AM on November 12, 2021.

Clearview Family Christmas Tree Farm

At Clearview Family Christmas Tree Farm, you can take a hay ride out to the tree field, then choose and cut your own tree. The staff is prepared to share information about the different species available, ranging from the traditional Scotch Pine to the Fraser Fir. Clearview opens Thanksgiving weekend and will celebrate their annual Artisans Festival on Dec. 4 and 5, 2021. There will be craft vendors, a petting zoo and plenty of food trucks. The Community Choir will return, Gangsta Jazz with Gary Lasaire, Catrina Campbell, The Waldens, Joel Delashmidt and Encomium Ensemble will be on hand to accompany your day with a variety of music.
Lost Forty Tree Farm

Dates/Hours: Opening day is Thanksgiving day, Nov. 25, 10 am – 4 pm. After that 9 am – 5 pm. Trees will be limited and likely to sell out by Saturday, Nov. 27.

Visitors are welcome to walk the grounds and choose from a wide variety of u-cut Christmas trees including Canaan Fir, Eastern White Pine, White Spruce, Norway Spruce and Colorado Spruce. Trees are limited this year, so Lost Forty Tree Farm has advised arriving early if you want a big one!

A selection of Scotch Pine, White Pine and Norway Spruce is available at Evan Whispering Pines, available to select and cut. Pre-cut selections include Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir and Concolor Fir. New this year is a tree sled to help haul your tree to the barn. Professional photographers will be on site; $50 for a two-hour session to capture your special day. Register online for the photographer prior to your visit.
Hilgert Christmas Tree Farm

Operating for the past 20 years, Jay’s Tree Farm offers families a choice from Scotch Pine, White Pine, Canaan Fir, Douglas Fir and Fraser Fir. You can choose and cut your own tree or select a pre-cut tree. Staff at Jay’s will shake, wrap and load your tree to on the car. They also offer large wreaths, a free cup of apple cider or hot coca, and cookies for purchase. While your tree is being processed, you can sit around the bonfire and warm up.
