Annual Family Campout at West Park

Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation invites all families to the annual Family Campout at West Park on Friday, June 3. The campout event is scheduled to begin at 5:00pm and commence at 9:00am on Saturday, June 4. Families should pre-register no later than Wednesday, June 1. Registration is $10 per person.

“We love to have families out to camp with us for a night in West Park. The event provides a fun and safe option for families wanting to spend some time together,” said Traci Broman, Events Supervisor at Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation. The evening will include a variety of outdoor-based activities like scavenger hunts, crafts and other games. Campers are also invited to cook hot dogs and s’mores over the fire. Each family should bring their own tent(s) and sleeping bags.
