Amazing Athletes is a mobile sports and fitness program which will be partnering with various summer locations such as the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, The Sycamore School, Park Tutor and IU Jaguar Camp. Camps will either offer sport specific introduction and enhancement or be a fun/ multi sport option in which students can try many different sports. FULL DAY programming will be offered this summer at the International School and St. Richard’s.

Amazing Athletes is a sports and movement focused experience which using obstacle courses, stretches, group games and skill development to give students exposure and positive interaction with different sport opportunities.
What is the camper-to-counselor ratio?
Amazing Athletes is often the leaders and facilitator of the program with the host site providing additional staffing for ratio.
How much time do the campers spend outside?
Amazing Athletes strives to be outside as much as possible – weather and facility dependent.
Does the camp provide lunch/snacks or do parents need to provide them?
Amazing Athletes does not provide lunch/snack, but some partner locations do.
For FULL Day programming – campers are ask to provide a LABELED water bottle, Nut- free Lunch and 2 snacks for the day

For FULL Day programming:
A 60 min lunch/ individual activity/ quiet game time will be provided before resuming the afternoon schedule which will mirror the 3 hour sport clinic routine.
How old are the counselors and how are they trained?
Coaches are 18 years of age or older. All staff are First Aid and CPR certified as well as having gone through a minimum of 15 hours of training before becoming a coach.
