Indy and surrounding areas are gearing up for another round of free concerts. Grab your picnic blanket, lawn chairs, a cooler of drinks and snacks for the kids, and enjoy evenings of music, entertainment and old-fashioned neighborly get-togethers. Here is where you can find a concert near you.
Indy Parks Summer Concert Series
Indy Parks is knocking it out of the park with the number of free and inexpensive concerts they are offering all summer long. You can view the complete list HERE. The Pops Series on Wednesdays at Garfield Park begin at 7 p.m. and feature artists such as the Greenwood Community Band, Pride of Indy Concert Band and Swing Shift Indy. Also at Garfield Park, Alt Indy Series is every Thursday at 7 p.m., featuring bands like Fern Murphy, Audiodacity and Huckleberry Funk.
Eagle Creek Park hosts In Concert with Nature and Jazz at the Beach on rotating Wednesday evening beginning at 6:30 p.m. Hear from The Honey Dewdrops, New Augusta Bluegrass Band, Christopher Pitts Trio and Amanda Gardier Quartet, among others.
The Freedom Series at Martin Luther King Jr Park is on Fridays at 7 p.m., and the Original Music Series held at Broad Ripple Park will also be held on Fridays at 7 p.m.

Concerts on the Canal
The concerts outside of Indiana Historical Society offer beautiful scenery with free seating in the grassy areas along the Canal Walk. Concerts are at 6 p.m. each Thursday in July.

Fishers Summer Concert Series
Fishers is offering concerts at a variety of time, for those that canāt make it mid-week or on weekends. Their series offers opportunities on Tuesday evenings, Friday evenings and a Wednesday lunchtime event.
Tuesday evening concerts are 7 to 9 p.m. and feature Cool City Band, Henry Lee Summer and Toy Factory. Friday evening concerts begin at 8 p.m. and feature tribute nights from Tom Petty hits to Beatles classics. From noon to 1 p.m. you can catch the lunchtime series on Wed. featuring special childrenās entertainment, including Mr. Daniel, Annieās Jam and Stevens Puppets, to name a few.
Summer Sounds on the Square, Danville
There will be a food court available and an adult beverage station. Ticket cost is $10 per adult, 21 and over.
June 19: Cornfield Mafia at 7 p.m.

Aug. 21: Hunter & Girton at 7 p.m.
Sept. 18: Levi Riggs at 7 p.m.
Concerts at the Commons, Noblesville
Every Thursday at 7 p.m., visitors can catch some free tunes at Noblesvilleās Dillon Park, including The Flying Toasters on July 1, Endless Summer Band on July 15 and Parrots of the Caribbean on July 22.
