Winter Blast at Clay Terrace

Back by popular demand, Clay Terrace’s second annual “Winter Blast” celebration will take place on Saturday, February 18 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Families are invited for an afternoon of festive winter-themed activities at Carmel, Indiana’s premier open-air family friendly shopping destination.

“Due to its success, Clay Terrace is excited to present its ‘Winter Blast’ celebration again,” said Megan Coors, marketing director at Clay Terrace. “As an integral part of the community, Clay Terrace is proud to provide families with this winter wonderland event plus others throughout the year.”

Winter Blast Features:

  • Train rides for kids 11 AM-2 PM
  • Carriage rides for the whole family 11 AM -3PM
  • Ice sculptors
  • Face Painters and Temporary tattoo and Balloon Artists
  • Snowman Making Activities (limited times and crafts available)
  • Hot Chocolate Trail – Store to Store Hot Chocolate Stick Pick Pick Up – first 500 people to stop in stores, while supplies last
  • Store Specials
  • And Snow Boxes filled with Fluffy White “SNOW” without all the required snow gear!

“Winter Blast” at Clay Terrace’s Village Green near DICK’S Sporting Goods will feature an array of family friendly fun, including carriage rides, train rides for the kids, a special ice sculpture showcase, snow boxes, a build-your-own snowman craft station, face painting and balloon art. Attendees can stroll through the “Hot Chocolate Trail,” where select stores will offer decadent samples, while supplies last.

Guests can take advantage of special discounts at Clay Terrace’s popular mix of retailers, including American Eagle Outfitters, Crazy 8, Eddie Bauer, francesca’s, Gymboree, Justice and Old Navy. Families can grab a bite at several dining options such as Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano, Café Patachou, Corner Bakery Café, Kona Grill, Prime 47, Qdoba and Starbucks.
