Enjoy a free flick at Fishers Park’s & Recreation Movies in the Park
Enjoy a movie under the stars, for FREE! Tonight’s Movie is Shaun the Sheep. Families are encouraged to arrive early and secure their seats as all movies will begin at dusk. Movies are free to the public and families are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and their favorite movie snacks!

Find the perfect gift for mom at Conner Prairie’s Heirloom Plant Sale
Get a jumpstart on gardening season at this annual sale, held in the picnic area to the right of Conner Prairie’s main entrance. Browse local plants ranging from tomatoes, peppers and herbs to scented geraniums (that mom will love!). Knowledgeable volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions.

Head to First Fridays at Nickel Plate Arts
Immerse yourself in local culture during this monthly event. Enjoy local musicians and/or actors performing on campus, and then try your hand at the arts by participating in an activity inspired by the month’s featured exhibit. It’s the perfect way to unwind on a Friday night. Registration is not required.

Pick up a free read during Free Comic Book Day

Treat mom to brunch at Conner Prairie
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a delicious brunch buffet!  After brunch, venture outdoors to enjoy springtime across acres and acres of interactive awesomeness! Non-members can save $3 per person on the price of admission ($17/adults, $12/youth) to Conner Prairie’s grounds by showing their brunch buffet ticket. Members can access the grounds for free.

Not one, not two, but THREE area farmer’s markets open this weekend: Carmel Farmers Market, Fishers Farmers Market and Noblesville Farmers Market. Stock up on homegrown produce, flowers and a number of other items while supporting the local economy!
