Take advantage of Leap Day free activities at Carmel Parks

Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation invites families to the Monon Community Center on Leap Day, Monday, February 29 for a morning full of free family activities, geared toward children ages 6 months-5 years.

Parents and children can begin the day with a Winter Kids Concert, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m featuring the Tides Duo. The concert will showcase classical children’s hits that encourage kids to participate by singing and dancing with the performer. The concert will be followed by Toddler Open Play from 11 a.m. to noon. Finally, open swim will take place in the indoor activity pool from noon to 1 p.m.
