Rebellion Doughnuts: Instagram-Worthy Treats

The donuts at Rebellion Doughnuts in Noblesville are fun, Instagram-worthy treats that look as good as they taste. It’s hard to choose just one, because they’re all so unique and deliciously decorated.

On any given day, you’ll find flavors like maple bacon, cherry cobbler, orange creamsicle, strawberry jelly-filled, glazed sprinkles and pb&j. Each donut is tasty in its own way, but my family’s favorite was the pb&j donut, which tastes exactly like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which isn’t surprising, considering the name! It tasted exactly like a sandwich that was made out of a donut.

Rebellion is owned and operated by two friends, David Pumphrey and John Manley, who wanted to bring their love of coffee and donuts to the Noblesville community. They work with Indianapolis-based coffee and kombucha distributors to bring local beverages to the shop, too. The shop itself is welcoming — and they have been known to offer events throughout the year, like Coffee with a Cop.

The donut menu changes frequently at Rebellion Doughnuts, which is a good thing because they are always innovating. So you’re not guaranteed to find the same flavors that you found the day before, but they do have the standard sprinkle donuts, old fashioneds, glazed donuts and the like every day. You’ll always find a tasty treat here!
