Located right near The Fashion Mall, Vogue is the ideal hot spot for a little pampering after work or before a night of shopping and dining.Opened in November 2014, Vogue Nail Spa offers manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, eyebrow/eyelash tinting, and neck/shoulder massage. I’ve been to a variety of nail spas in the Midwest and Vogue is a cut above the rest. The beautiful atmosphere made me feel like I was on a luxury mini getaway for the day. The best part? The $20 manicure price reminded me that this little getaway didn’t need to be few and far between! With a price that’s easy on the wallet and an atmosphere that’s easy on the eyes, I was already dreaming of when my next pampering appointment would be.For my manicure, I chose a bright shade of coral polish rightly named “Cajun Shrimp.” Owner, Sue did a wonderful job and brought me up to speed with the latest nail art trends. Currently, the new must-have style is cuticle and henna art which is applied more on the skin rather than the nail itself. Of course I had to try it! With designs starting at just $5, this form of nail art is a must-do for those special occasions. Whether for prom, a bridal shower or just a night on the town, cuticle and henna art add a fun touch to your whole ensemble.
