Little Haunt on the Prairie at Ghoul Creek Park promises to be big fun for the entire family on Thursday, October 27. Spooky, yet age-appropriate Halloween activities will be offered for children ranging from preschool to school-age and their families. Hamilton County Parks invites everyone to come in their favorite costume and enjoy nature interpretation, entertainment, a hayride, roasting marshmallows over a campfire, face painting, food for purchase, and tons of activities for the little ones as they trick-or-treat their way through this spooky event. Festivities run from 5 until 9 p.m. Admission is only $3 per person. The public is encouraged to bring a non-perishable or canned food item to donate to Amanda Strong Food for the Needy.
