For teens aged 16 and up, Indy Parks is the perfect opportunity to connect with the community, learn new skills, make friends, and get paid to make a difference! Our seasonal staff are essential in opening pools, day camps, and food programs around the city, which means more fun for everyone. We are currently seeking positions across multiple parks, with competitive pay and a sign-on bonus for early applicants. Lifeguards start at $15 per hour, Pool Managers at $16, and Camp Counselors at $14 per hour. Plus, those who spread the word to friends may be eligible for a referral bonus.
