Ironworks at Keystone to Host First Annual Fall Block Party

Ironworks at Keystone, Indianapolis’ premier living and retail property, is hosting its first-ever Fall Block Party on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. to celebrate the property’s one-year anniversary and give a sneak peek of forthcoming Indianapolis projects from the developer.

Guests will enjoy complimentary food provided by Ironworks’ restaurant tenants, including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, celebrity chef Michael Symon’s B Spot Burgers and Sangiovese Ristorante. Additionally, complimentary beer will be provided by Bier Brewery to those 21 and over. Available for purchase will be cupcakes from Indy’s original Flying Cupcake truck.

The event is family-friendly and children can enjoy complimentary bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting, pumpkin painting and magic shows. Local favorite band Stella Luna & the Satellites will be performing, and for animal lovers looking to visit our pet-friendly property, the Humane Society for Hamilton County will also be in attendance with a marketing booth and furry friends for anyone interested in learning more about animal adoption. Other local organizations such as Nora Alliance will be present.

Vogue Nail Spa and Profyle Boutique will be offering discounted spa services and merchandise to the public during the event timeframe. Guests will also have the chance to enter a raffle for a chance to win gift cards from each of the five existing retail tenants. Additionally, guests can be expected to receive exclusive information and discounts about the newest retail tenants that will be joining the property later this year and into 2016.

The Ironworks Fall Block Party is open to the public and admission is free. Guests are encouraged to pre-register online via Eventbrite or RSVP to the official Facebook event invitation. Parking for the event is available at the vacant La-Z-Boy Furniture lot and the southern-most portion of the Ironworks parking lot. Guests can enter through Haverstick Road.

Located at 86th St. and N. Keystone Ave., Ironworks at Keystone is an award-winning 5-story mixed-use development with nearly 36,000 square feet of shopping and fine dining on the first floor. Creative and chic residential apartments compliment the retailers and neighborhood. Last month, Ironworks’ development firm, Hendricks Commercial Properties, announced its new project located across the street at 2721 E. 86th St., which will be transformed from the now vacant La-Z-Boy Furniture into Ironworks Hotel, the second phase of the Ironworks at Keystone development.
