The International Talent Academy is celebrating 10 years of arts education this September. The local non-profit organization has been providing liberal and performing arts education to children and families in the Carmel area since 2006, working to expand the minds, discover and develop talents of young children.
ITA would like to formally thank its families, friends, sponsors, and especially the City of Carmel for making these 10 successful years a possibility. The community is both an integral part of ITA’s success and the primary object of its efforts.
In order to give back to the community that supports it, ITA is hosting a first Children’s Festival for Arts and Education, which will occur on September 11, 2016, 1-5pm at the 502 East Event Center.
All families with children ages 3-13 are invited to attend.
Children will:
- Play educational games
- Meet story characters
- Earn prizes for their Travel Passports
Parents will:
- Learn about child development
- See ITA programs in action
- Meet other parents
- Connect with local businesses
- Watch their children having fun!
The event will also feature a talent show; interested acts can find performance requirements on ITA’s website. ITA is looking for sponsors and partners for the festival.
