As luck would have it, Indianapolis is expecting a spooky and cold Halloween this year.
Never fear! Well, don’t fear the cold. We can’t promise a spook-less night, but we can promise a warm one. To help ward off the shivers, we’ve compiled a list of indoor trick or treating locations. So, brush off those costumes and don’t let a little chill keep you at home this October 31st.
