Dads, we know you’re busy. And after a long day, the thought of logging miles on a treadmill or doing a hundred crunches is just about the last thing you want to do. You know exercise is important though, so how can you make it seem less like drudgery and more like something you actually look forward to? The key is to have fun while you’re doing it! Our area has so many different kinds of teams, clubs and classes for physical fitness, there’s bound to be an activity that suits your interest. Here’s a few ideas to get you started.
