Pack your gym bags and grab your friends for the return of Downtown Indy, Inc.’s Workout Wednesdays presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation. Fitness-enthusiasts should meet on Georgia Street’s west block (between Capitol Avenue and Illinois Street) from noon – 12:45 p.m., Wednesdays, May 1 – Sept. 25 for FREE cardio classes. All fitness levels are welcome. A YMCA fitness instructor will keep everyone motivated each week. Free water is provided during each session.

Sunrise Yoga on the Canal
Additionally, running June 5 – Aug. 28, try Sunrise Yoga on the Canal presented by Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield Foundation. Instructors from Invoke Studio will be on the Vermont Street Plaza every Wednesday from 6 – 6:45 a.m. Bring your own mat and salute the sun on the Canal. Free parking is available at the parking meters off Senate Avenue until 7 a.m. All fitness levels are welcome.
