It’s about that time… Time for free admission to the Children’s Museum Of Indianapolis.
Thanks to a partnership with Target, the Children’s Museum Of Indianapolis stays open late on the first Thursday of every month for their Target Free Family Nights. It’s a great time to explore the Museum – without the cost of admission! Museum hours on these nights run from 4-8pm.
Food is available for purchase in the food court area and all of the Museum’s exhibits are open to visitors during these special nights.
Hot tip: Keep in mind that the Museum gets busy so arrive EARLY if possible, or be patient with parking because Illinois Street is heavily trafficked by commuters returning home from work and can get congested.

Go behind the scenes of some of the most popular films and TV shows of all time like Annie, Happy Days, Hook, Ghostbusters, Men In Black, Spider-Man and more! There will also be a bicycle helmet giveaway in partnership with IU Health Emergency Medicine and Trauma Department. First-come, first-served to first 1,000 visitors.
