WHAT: Spend this Saturday at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and enjoy a science-filled Family Day and Cereal Cinema screening.
Parents and little ones are invited to experience Cereal Cinema, a unique family-friendly event created by Indy Film Fest. Your family can relax and enjoy Tron (1982), where a computer hacker finds himself trapped inside a digital world competing for survival. He has to fight his way out with the help of a heroic security program. (PG)
After Cereal Cinema explore the artful side of science at this month’s Family Day: The Science of Art. Participate in the blending of science and art with specialty tours, painting with robots, creating your own natural dye, and explore movement of art through yoga. Meet Jacco Olivier, the contemporary artist behind the exhibition Jacco Olivier: Liquid Painting, Liquid Time, and take part in a hands-on clay animation.
