Families First is pleased to offer a variety of programs to strengthen families in our community. A new program we will begin offering is a Parent Café Series.
Parent Cafés are fun, free, supportive, educational, and parent-led gatherings where parents can talk openly with one another about the struggles of parenting and ways to strengthen their families.
Since 1835, Families First, a non-profit organization, has been in central Indiana supporting families during life’s challenges in order to create a healthier community. We know parenting can be rewarding and fulfilling, but it can also be challenging and stressful. Families First is offering it’s first Parent Café Series so that we can help parents connect with one another to build a supportive network of parents, learn from one another, and become a stronger parent along the way. Anyone in a parenting role can attend a Parent Café and each session has a new topic that will be explored through interactive discussions amongst the parents at the Café.
Please join us for:
• a FREE meal
• FREE childcare during the Parent Café
• An opportunity to meet your neighbors and discuss ways to keep your family strong and healthy.
Families First will be offering the Parent Café Series every TUESDAY beginning October 13, 2015 thru November 17, 2015 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. We hope you can join us for one or all of the sessions.
Each session will be held in the dining room at:
Westminster Family and Adult Services Center
2325 East New York Street
Indianapolis, IN 46201
