Carmel's PorchFest

Carmel’s PorchFest, now celebrating its 11th year, is a delightful, family-friendly event that is free and open to the public. This unique gathering features a diverse lineup of musical acts, ranging from acoustic to electric and solo to ensemble, spanning a wide variety of genres. Performances take place live on neighborhood porches, creating an intimate and charming atmosphere.

The heart and soul of Carmel PorchFest are the dedicated volunteers from Carmel and the surrounding areas. These include the bands, homeowners, and organizers who come together to make this event possible. With nearly 60 bands performing on approximately 20 porches, there is no shortage of entertainment to enjoy.

In addition to the live music, food and beverage vendors will be available to satisfy your cravings as you stroll through the picturesque neighborhood. Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard praises the event, stating, “Carmel PorchFest is an excellent addition to our active events schedule. It highlights other lesser-known streets in the district to show the great uptown neighborhood that comprises the Arts & Design District.”
