The Kokomo Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce, “Pooches in the Pool.” We are giving our four legged friends an opportunity to take a dip in Kokomo’s Hottest Place to Cool Off, Kokomo
On Sunday, August 13, 2023, we are hosting our annual Pooches in the Pool from 5-7 pm. Dogs will be allowed to be “off leash” while inside the gates at Kokomo Beach. We are going to close our gates to patrons, and open the leisure pool to man’s best friend. For $5 per dog, you can bring your pet for 2 hours of swimming. One (1) dog per person. Pet owners will not be allowed to swim with their dogs. Oops bags and disinfectant water will be provided for owners in case of accidents.
