Get ready to sweat, stretch and strengthen your body with Pilates on the Plaza! Join us every Thursday from 6:00-7:00 PM on Lugar Plaza for a FREE Pilates class, brought to you by the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and our partners at The Hot Room.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this event is designed for all fitness levels and is sure to leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Bring your own mat and a friend, and we’ll see you on the Plaza! Class is FREE, but registration through the Hot Room is required.
