2026 Parke County Maple Fair

At winter’s end, Parke County maple syrup producers begin tapping maple trees, and visitors are invited to explore the county during maple season. Families can drive scenic backroads, stop at maple syrup camps, and take in Parke County’s famous covered bridges along the way. It is an easy day trip for anyone who enjoys local food traditions and small-town exploring.

The Maple Fair Headquarters at the Parke County 4-H Fairgrounds serves as a central stop, with pancakes available all day topped with pure maple syrup and whole hog sausage. Visitors can also shop for maple syrup, maple candy, cookies, baked goods, jams and jellies, handmade crafts, and other locally made items.
