The German American Klub Indianapolis celebrates its 52nd annual Oktoberfest with three evenings of German food, drinks, live music and traditional entertainment. Visitors can enjoy performances on two stages, dancing, ceremonial beer tappings and festival activities including a pretzel toss, barrel relay and beer mug holding contest.
Food options include bratwurst, currywurst, knackwurst, pork dishes, potato pancakes, sauerkraut, Bavarian pretzels and German desserts. German and local craft beer, wine, wine slushies, root beer and other nonalcoholic drinks will also be available.
Thursday, September 10: 4-10 p.m.
Friday, September 11: 4-11 p.m.
Saturday, September 12: 4-11 p.m.
Admission is $5 per person, and children ages 12 and younger are free. German American Klub members receive free admission with a membership card. Seating at Edelweiss and designated Biergarten tables is first come, first served.
