A naturalist at the Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center introduces visitors to one of the center’s raptor ambassadors and shares a training demonstration. The Sunday programs usually feature Freyja the peregrine falcon, and visitors may not touch or hold the birds.
The program is free with park admission. Most programs take place outside, weather permitting, and an indoor program is limited to the first five people. Groups should call ahead at 317-327-BIRD, and minors must be accompanied by an adult. There are no programs on city holidays.
