Let’s Go Fly a Kite

White River State Park’s Celebration Plaza is hosting a free community event that encourages attendees to fly kites. There is ample space for participants to fly their own kites, and those interested in building their own kite can do so with DIY Kite kits, available while supplies last.

Families can also enjoy yard games and indulge in delicious food from The Garnacha Spot and Sweet Valley Ice Cream. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to learn about summer programs from the Irsay Family YMCA at Cityway and the Indianapolis Public Library. This event promises to be a fun-filled day for all attendees.
