The City of Carmel and the Mayor’s Advisory Board on Sister Cities host the International Winter Festival at Midtown Plaza, with representatives from Carmel’s sister cities, holiday caroling in several languages and international holiday music. The Sister Cities Tree Display in the Civic Square gazebo stays up through the holiday season.
