Fishers Walk About Health

Join Fishers Health Department, Community Health Network, and Fishers Parks for a new Walk About Health monthly series with health specialists at parks across the city. This month features Pre-Exercise Warm Up and Sport Specific Strengthening on June 6th from 2-3 pm at Billericay Park with Lindsey Biggs, ATC (Fishers HS ATC) and Josh Jones, CSCS (Fishers HS CSCS). Local specialists will provide an overview of recommended health services for 5-10 minutes, and then we will enjoy a walk around the park together, offering you the opportunity to get any additional of your questions answered.
