Fall Campfire at Carpenter Nature Preserve starts with a crisp sunset walk to look for animals that come out at dusk, then ends with marshmallows roasted over the campfire.
The program meets at the Prairie Pavilion and is for ages 3 and up. The cost is $5 for residents and $7 for nonresidents, and all participants must register.
