Every Friday afternoon, visitors to the Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center can meet one of the center’s falcon ambassadors and learn about its story and natural history. The bird’s trainer brings it out of its enclosure, and visitors may not touch or handle the birds.
The program is free with park admission. Most programs take place outside, weather permitting, and an indoor program is limited to the first five people. Groups should call ahead at 317-327-BIRD, and minors must be accompanied by an adult. There are no programs on city holidays.
