Why Bier Brewery Noblesville Is Indy’s Most Family-Friendly Brewery

When it comes to family-friendly dining in the Indianapolis area, Bier Brewery in Noblesville stands out as one of the most unique and enjoyable destinations for both adults and kids. On our first visit, it didn’t take long for my family to realize this wasn’t just a restaurant — it felt like a mini adventure park wrapped in the relaxed atmosphere of a local brewery.

Playground + Dog Park

Bier Brewery offers an incredible outdoor Biergarten all year round, but it really shines when it’s warm. In warmer months, you can enjoy everything they offer. This includes a fantastic playground with a wooden play tower (it even has a ramp for wheelchairs – so thoughtful!), a fun slide, and cute dinosaur ride-on toys. You’ll also find lawn games like giant 4-in-a-Row, cornhole, and Hook and Ring. Plus, they have a ping pong table, a bocce ball court, and even a curling court!

When we visited, we chose a shaded picnic table in the wooded area at the back of the property. It was the perfect spot! We could easily watch our kids on the playground, and they loved exploring the woods nearby. This area was a huge success with our family. The wooded part was definitely the biggest hit with our kids. It felt like a nature playground where they could balance on movable logs and big branches. My kids had a blast making up games and just being free.

What really stood out to us was the space. The restaurant and brewery were busy when we went, but the park area never felt crowded. They spread everything out nicely, so everyone had plenty of room. Having space for little ones to run is so important, and Bier Brewery definitely gets that. We even brought our own board games and a soccer ball, which made our fun afternoon even better.

Dog Park

If you have a dog, they’ll love the dog park at the back. It has play obstacles and plenty of space for dogs to run. To keep everyone safe and happy (both people and pups), only members can use the dog park. You can easily buy a membership inside the restaurant. The outdoor space also offers fire pits and many picnic tables, creating a comfy and welcoming spot for everyone.

Food + Beverages

With all the outdoor fun, getting anyone to eat might seem tricky! But Bier Brewery’s menu offers something for everyone. You’ll find yummy choices like pizza (they sell it by the slice on weekdays – great for a quick lunch!), wings, salads, and wraps. The kids’ menu is perfect, offering favorites like chicken nuggets (they even have veggie nuggets!), quesadillas, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Ordering your food and drinks here is part of the casual, fun vibe. You’ll head up to a window inside that operates much like a friendly concession stand. After you place your order, they’ll give you a buzzer. When your food is ready, the buzzer will alert you, and you can just swing by the window to grab your meal. We found this system really straightforward and actually loved the relaxed atmosphere it contributes to. And you can leave the clearing up to them – a busser conveniently walks around with a wagon to pick up used plates and glasses. This is super helpful and keeps the beautiful area looking great for everyone.

Of course, Bier Brewery also serves their famous award-winning beers. You can order a flight to try a few or get a pint of your favorite. If you’re not drinking alcohol, they also offer several non-alcoholic options, like kombucha and seltzer.

Our Verdict? We’ll Be Back!

Honestly, even with a 30-minute drive from our house, we plan to be regulars at this brewery. It’s such a unique space that both the kids and adults can be excited to visit. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to every member of the family. Bier Brewery in Noblesville has quickly become a top pick for us, and we can’t wait for our next visit!
