Noblesville Creates hosts its annual Day of the Dead celebration on 8th Street with live music, a community ofrenda and an art market. Families can get their faces painted, make crafts (some free, some with a small fee) and pick up tamales, candy and fruit from food vendors.
Family-friendly costumes are encouraged.
